Article 1 Applicability
These general conditions apply to all offers, reservations, ticket sales and visits to the Miniature Museum.
Deviations from these conditions are valid only if confirmed in writing by the Museum.
Article 3 Prices & payment
All prices listed include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered by the Museum.
The Museum reserves the right to change prices, except for reservations already confirmed.
Article 4 Cancellation, modification & refund
Purchased tickets are non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable unless the Museum cancels or reschedules the visit.
In the event of cancellation or relocation by the Museum (for example, due to force majeure), the Museum will offer an appropriate solution in the form of refund or rebooking.
Article 5 Liability
The Museum shall be liable only for direct damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent acts or omissions of the Museum or its employees.
The Museum shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost income.
The Museum's liability in all cases is limited to the amount the visitor paid for the ticket.
Article 6 Rules during the visit
Visitors must abide by house rules and staff directions, including rules regarding safety, photography and the use of facilities or equipment.
The Museum reserves the right to deny or remove visitors who do not abide by these rules without refund.
Article 7 Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to the website and the Museum, including text, images, logos and audiovisual material, are vested in the Museum or its licensors.
No use of these is permitted without prior written permission.
Article 8 Privacy & data processing
The Museum processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy policy. By using the Museum's services, the visitor agrees to this.
Article 9 Modification of conditions
The Museum reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. The most current version will be published on the website and is effective from the time of publication.
